Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders leave our hands within 3 business days and usually arrive 3 to 7 business days after that.
Shipping is a flat $6 per order. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
Not the right colour or fit? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and still have the hang tag on.
To start a return, email us your order number and what you'd like to do. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.

How do the hats fit?
The Golf Rope Hat is a structured, mid-profile cap with an adjustable snapback. It fits most adult heads.
How do the beanies fit?
One size, thick rib knit with a cuff. It fits most adults and can be worn cuffed or slouched.
How should I wash them?
Spot clean hats with a damp cloth. Hand wash beanies in cold water and lay flat to dry. Skip the dryer to keep the embroidery sharp.
Do you do team or bulk orders?
Yes. Email us with the quantity and colours and we'll send a quote.
When are tees and sweatshirts coming?

We collect only what we need to fill your order and talk to you: your name, email, shipping address and order details. If you email us, we keep your email address so we can reply and, if you asked, tell you about new drops.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your payment information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services needed to run the store, like Stripe for payments and shipping carriers to deliver your order. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
To see, change or delete the information we hold about you, email us and we'll take care of it.

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We may limit quantities or cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If that happens, you'll get a full refund.
